What is Lotus Theory?

Lotus Theory is a company committed to helping you achieve holistic health and overall balance. We provide holistic wellness services.

What inspired you to create Lotus Theory?

Lotus Theory evolved from my own personal journey and my own profound desire to find balance in my life.  I realized throughout my life, I didn't like the person I was becoming.  I made some poor life choices that left me feeling depleted and angry. I’ve always enjoyed working out. So naturally, I turned to fitness as my outlet to cope with all of my life's disappointments. I also began improving my diet. And it helped a lot...for a moment. But the effects didn’t last as long as I wanted. Even though I felt stronger, I still felt incomplete. 


I was still angry. Namely at myself for not making smarter decisions, for not knowing better. I realized I needed help and decided to fully commit to my healing. In order for me to do this, I needed to own my emotions (all of them) and be vulnerable. This is not something that came naturally, so I sought counseling. This is when my journey to create balance began.

How’d you come up with the formula?

I began taking inventory of the things that I needed to achieve a healthy, positive lifestyle and reach MY ideal growth. I began conducting a full body and soul scan, called self-scans regularly. It wasn’t easy at first. At first there was A LOT of noise. So I focused on specific areas I believe are important to achieve balance and feel grounded. These areas are: Serenity, Strength, Love, Life. During this scan, I asked myself questions that touched on these specific areas. 


These guided questions helped me quiet my mind and allowed me to feel what my heart needed. With my answers, I created a plan of action. I was able to identify parts of myself that were satisfied and parts of myself I neglected. Without knowing it at the time, I was creating what is now known as the Lotus Theory Formula. Why is this important?

By creating and implementing the Lotus Theory formula in my own life, I got the balance I needed. I learned to listen to myself. Learned to replenish myself when I began feeling depleted. And the incredible part is, I continue to feel grounded. Would I still have fears, doubts, frustrations at times?  Absolutely. These are natural feelings to have. But the key difference is I am no longer consumed by them. I learned how to manage them, to work through them.

 

I am sharing this with you because I know you can achieve balance too. Lotus Theory will give you the tools you need to create positive change and balance in your life.
