Developing a Compassionate Attitude When Coping With Mental Illness

Online Sound Healing Meditation

It's time to get present with the emotions, thoughts and sensations that arise on the journey of coping with mental illness.

During this session, we'll be looking at and experiencing our mental health from a different perspective. This sound healing session will help us to accept the journey as we are reminded that we are humans that deserve to be heard and treated with grace and compassion.

We will learn how the "body keeps the score" - briefly reviewing epigenetics. And expose ourselves to different experiences that are rooted in mindfulness, compassion, safety, and support, to further shift our relationship with ourselves.

We have a huge opportunity to learn how our mental illness can help us cultivate a deeper and more loving relationship with ourselves using mindfulness, their breath and grounding techniques.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, there's no charge for this month's session
