Lotus Theory Fitness course encourages clients to exercise to be healthy, not to lose weight. The truth is, exercising to lose weight doesn’t work, not by itself. It doesn’t work that way. Unless you’re extremely careful about your food intake, exercising alone doesn’t help weight loss.
Our fitness course provides a roadmap to getting in better shape now and for the future with workouts that are easy to start and grow with.
