Online Gentle Yoga

You may often find yourself saying “there isn’t enough time in the day”, and unfortunately, finding time to achieve your health-related goals can be pushed to the backburner. How can you stay on track to continue down the healthy path, while managing your everyday tasks and obstacles?


This month’s Gentle Yoga will focus on finding ways to uncover the healthier you while maintaining your daily routine.

During this session, you’ll practice yoga poses and breathing techniques you can take with you; whether in the office, working from home or on the go.


You will learn quick and effective techniques that will help to clear negative energy and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

Learn how to connect your breath with your body and become more mindful

Our Gentle Yoga sessions:

  • Employ Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and approaches

  • Generally run 45 mins in length

Tracy Rosas

Yoga Instructor

My yoga journey started over 15 years ago as a college student in New York City. Like many, I was a bit hesitant about this new experience. Fortunately over the years, I found myself drawn closer and closer to the principles of yoga. With each practice, my love for yoga grew and began to understand I was working on myself, physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga has helped me to settle my mind. I took my passion a step further and completed my Yoga Teacher Training with the Yoga and Ayurveda Center.

 

​As a yoga instructor and working mom, with countless daily challenges, I want to share my love for the practice, spread positive energy and hope to teach others to find their peace, to live strong in body and mind and to be kind to yourself, always.
