Online Guided Meditation Sessions

Your bi-weekly dose of peace and power. Using guided meditation and journaling we'll come together to destress, breathe and elevate. These meditations are a wonderful form of self-care to start your weekend with intention.

In each session we explore a new topic that will deepen your spiritual relationship and connection with self. We quiet the mind so the soul can speak. At the end of each meditation there are short journal prompts to help you integrate the session and process any inner guidance that arises.

Gratitude Affirmation for the Body and Life

When we’re working on being the best version of ourselves it’s easy to focus on the negative and see ourselves as less than. This meditation will create a space for you to increase body positivity and confidence in your perfect vessel. Tapping into the energy of gratitude allows us to be in the flow of life and invite abundance in. You’ll see how quickly “problems” become blessings.

Guided Meditation and Journaling

Free Your Mind

Oftentimes the stories we make up in our mind are not true. In most cases, our perceptions are inaccurate, and we suffer because we are too sure of them. During this session, we will sit down and look at perceptions very calmly. We’ll look into the deepest part of their nature in order to detect what is false about them. Then we will look at what is actually fact. We will learn not to believe everything we think and how to use our mind as a tool as opposed to being a victim of it.
