Embracing Mind, Body and Soul through Breathwork, Yoga, Sound Healing and Somatic Techniques

Our bodies play a major part in how we construct our identities, how we perceive ourselves. Yet, in the midst of leading our busy, often stressful lives, our bodies are among the first things we neglect. What you don’t realize is that when you ignore your body's subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) cues that you need to slow down, you’re telling yourself you are not worth your time and attention.


With the Honor Yourself event, we invite you to tell yourself a different story. To tell yourself that YOU are important and you are worth your time and attention.

This event is an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself. Through breathwork, yoga, and somatic techniques you will learn ways to nurture the profound connection of your mind, body, and soul.

Yoga Session

By pausing to ask, “am I investing enough in me?”, you’ll learn to filter through the mental noise and learn how to fully engage your body to discover your intrinsic strengths.

Join us on March 18th, 2023 for the Honor Yourself Wellness Event. We will be focusing on prioritizing your commitment to yourself. We will engage in a series of breathwork, yoga, and somatic exercises that honor the connections that exist between the brain, the mind and the behavior of the body.


Surrounded by soothing candlelight and a restorative Himalayan salt wall, experience an elevated sense of peace and calm as you become reacquainted with your whole self.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the session. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 7 days, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future session. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 7 days, you will lose the payment for the session.

Yoga Instructor

My yoga journey started over 15 years ago as a college student in New York City. Like many, I was a bit hesitant to this new experience, fortunately over the years, I found myself drawn closer and closer to the principles of yoga. With each practice, my love for yoga grew and began to understand I was working on myself, physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga has helped me to settle my mind. I took my passion a step further and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Yoga and Ayurveda Center.

As a yoga instructor and working mom, with countless daily challenges, I want to share my love for the practice, spread positive energy and hope to teach others to find their peace, to live strong in body and mind and to be kind to yourself, always.

Marinés Rodriguez

Marinés Rodriguez

Sound Healing Facilitator

Marinés is a Healing Practitioner and Chaplain with various certifications in the Healing Arts such as Sound Healing, Reiki, and Transformational Hypnosis. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve positive shifts in their subconscious beliefs, healing core wounds, and behavioral patterns to transform their lives. Her extensive training has also been informed by her academic degree in psychology and in mental health education, while also working as a Recovery Coach.

Marinés journey with grief catapulted her spiritual journey and passion for helping others in pain. Her life long experience with emotional and physical pain resulted in a pursuit of education and training in the areas of trauma, healing, and the subconscious. Applying what she learned, she has helped the lives of hundreds of others to transform their lives. Her work has enhanced her clients’ sense of peace, purpose, and connectedness. As well as improved their relationships, family dynamics, and careers.


Briana Penzarella

Sound Healing Facilitator

Briana, a native New Yorker, began her Yoga journey back in 2012. She comes from a background of professional classical musicians where she originally pursued a life as an opera singer but found a different calling. A calling to utilize her love for music, and combine the healing power of sound and shape-shifting movements to become more connected to a deeper sense of self.


Briana is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher of various approaches. Meditative & restful to dynamic & dance-like! A Bhakti Yoga practitioner & devotee to the musical practice. Briana contributes a playful, nurturing and explorative environment and strives to share from an inclusive perspective. Studied & taught at Laughing Lotus, she facilitates Advanced Teacher Trainings, and guided sound healing practices such as Mantra Meditation, Sound Baths and Kirtan since 2014. Experience traditional practices, while keeping it real to modern day living.
