Nutrition Program

Can I use my insurance for nutrition services?


No. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't pay for nutrition through Lotus Theory.




Will I be working with a licensed nutritionist or dietitian?


Mindset is central to our program’s approach to nutrition. So you will be working with a licensed Mental Health Counselor NOT a licensed nutrition or dietitian. However, our bonus Lotus Theory Nutrition Guide was created by a licensed nutritionist.




Will I need to have a physical before enrolling in the program?


For the best results, we strongly recommend that you consult with your primary care physician before beginning any nutritional program, including the Lotus Theory Nutrition Program. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is general advisement, please view our entire disclaimer HERE




What’s the refund policy for the Lotus Theory Nutrition Program?


Due to the direct access to all course materials, videos and assets, we DO NOT offer refunds of any kind for the Lotus Theory Nutrition Program. Please read the details and description of the program so you understand exactly what you are buying. Lotus Theory LLC programs and products are for serious students only, and we are firm on our refund policy. We are COMPLETELY invested in making sure you have the best experience possible, so please email us with any questions about enrolling and we will always give you an honest answer so you can make the best decision for you.




Are cheat meals/cheat days a part of the Lotus Theory Nutrition Program?


Cheat meals are scheduled meals that include indulgent foods that wouldn't ordinarily be permitted on your diet. A cheat day is when you allow yourself to consume any foods you want over an entire day. Although Lotus Theory method does acknowledge the benefits of cheat meals, it's not something we necessarily promote. We encourage more of a healthy balanced lifestyle where we remove the diet method and acknowledge that there are ways to eat healthier without necessarily feeling restricted. For example, a cheeseburger and fries would be considered a "cheat meal". Instead of feeling restricted and feeling guilty if you do decide to have the cheeseburger, instead Lotus Theory encourages their clients to find a healthier alternative which in this case would be, turkey or grass fed beef burger with your choice of cheese, lettuce wrapped or with whole grain/sprouted bread and sub fries with sweet potato fries or a side salad.




Do I need to sign up for fitness services to successfully complete this?


While not necessary, we recommended that you follow our nutrition program with our fitness course for optimal results.
