Gentle Yoga

Session Details

End the year on a high note, by taking the time to celebrate YOU! Many people have a difficult time celebrating themselves and often don’t celebrate unless it’s a huge accomplishment or milestone. This month’s Gentle Yoga We are creating a space to take time for yourself and reflect on the wonderful things about you. During this session, we’ll focus on yoga techniques that allow you to relax, center your mind and empower your self-confidence. During this session, we’re focusing on you and only you. Use this time to connect with yourself and bring yourself joy. Engage in yoga poses and breathwork to support self-celebration. Join us, as we learn a variety of yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to emphasize ways to do what makes YOU feel good and remind you to celebrate, and celebrate often. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for missing a live session. Replays are available for all who register.
