Connecting with yourself and others | Sound Healing Meditation
Are you looking for a way to connect with yourself, so that you can be more present in your relationships with those you care for? During this session, we’ll be peeling back the layers of who we think we “should” be in our dynamics with those we care for. Letting go of the reactions we have held back in the name of maturity and forgiving ourselves for all the ways we “should” have been better. We will learn to embrace ourselves with the attitude of acceptance. Self acceptance cultivates authenticity and helps you chip away from the self protective armor that builds a barrier to connection to yourself and others. After the session, you'll walk away with a deeper sense of presence. You will learn to be more vulnerable with yourself, open to new ways of being, and more confident in your ability to parent from a place of authenticity.
