Releasing Negative Feelings | Sound Healing Meditation

Session Details

Do you find yourself replaying scenarios, being hard on yourself over past actions, frustrated over not speaking up more or saying too much or saying the wrong thing? This session will focus on letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you and instead, move to a new state of being. Together we will release feelings of embarrassment, guilt, shame, resentment, jealousy, loneliness. This session will be focused on facing and releasing negative feelings, allowing healing frequencies of sound to move emotions. During this session, we’ll be setting intentions of what we would like to let go of, using breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation to release and transmute negative feelings. We will learn to be mindful and breathe through the presence of negative feelings. At the end of the session, you’ll return to a state of mindfulness despite the human experience of feeling uncomfortable and/or having negative feelings, allowing for a more robust experience of feeling present in your life.
