Building and maintaining healthy relationships can be challenging and can sometimes feel nearly impossible. How can you build relationships while still being true to yourself? As a parent, how do you strengthen your bond with children, while maintaining your sense of self? This month's Gentle Yoga session will focus on using yoga techniques to support the importance of having a self-care routine. Because nourishing yourself will result in a more authentic YOU and lead to better relationships. During this session, we’ll find ways to boost self-esteem, manage stress, be more present and reduce fatigue. You will learn a variety of yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to encourage a healthy relationship with yourself, so you are better equipped to help those you care about.
