This month’s Gentle Yoga will be focused on using yoga techniques to nourish your mental, emotional and physical needs. During this session, we’ll practice yoga poses and focused breathing to alleviate anxiety, center our minds and elevate our mood. We will learn to reconnect with our body and mind to find relief from symptoms caused by major depressive disorders. Leave the session feeling calmer, physically stronger and learn techniques you can practice on your own. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for missing a live session.
