This session honors PTSD Awareness Month with a focus on restoring calm through somatic sound. “Safe Spaces” is designed to support those living with trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress. When your body feels unsafe, it’s hard to feel present. This session offers a path back. Through breath, sound, and gentle movement, we’ll help quiet the nervous system and reconnect you to a sense of grounded safety. Whether you’ve experienced acute trauma or carry tension from years of stress, this is a chance to soften.
