This month's Gentle Yoga session we’ll engage in gentle yoga, somatic exercises, and journaling and develop the tools needed to counteract these intense emotions and find inner balance. All of our gentle yoga sessions are joined by a licensed mental health therapist. This means that not only will you have the opportunity to practice somatic exercises and yoga, but you will also have access to real-time support and guidance from an expert who can help you navigate and process your emotions.
