Do you often second guess yourself or others? Do you find it hard to listen to your inner voice? For many, the answer is yes, and it takes time and work to build self-trust and the confidence to be your authentic self. This session will create a space where you can take the time to look inward and focus on YOU. Building self-trust starts with staying true to yourself and taking care of your needs and happiness first. During this session, we’ll focus on yoga poses that help to build confidence and allow you to express yourself honestly. We’ll also work on breathing techniques that give you the chance to be present and listen to your thoughts and emotions. We will learn a variety of yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to emphasize self-love and compassion, paving the way for building that trust in yourself and others.
