Terapeuta
Natasha Reyes
I believe that finding a therapist or counselor with whom you feel a genuine connection is an essential part of the therapeutic journey.
My approach emphasizes psychoeducation, emotional awareness, and understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I support clients in identifying and exploring thought patterns so they can develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful change.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach while integrating principles commonly associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I view therapy as a collaborative process of gently piecing together thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping clients recognize patterns and form a clearer, more integrated picture of their story.
My passion for mental health has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences, inspiring me to continue growing academically and clinically so I can better support individuals as they work through past experiences, navigate present challenges, and build hope for the future.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature, watching sunsets, gardening, learning and teaching, spending time with my family, and serving my community through church outreach.
