Terapeuta
Noella Young, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, understood and respected throughout the therapeutic process.
My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults and families across educational, community-based, and child and family service settings. I support clients as they navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and the everyday challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. I recognize that every person’s experiences, circumstances and goals are unique. Because of this, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s individual needs. Together, we will identify strengths, explore patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, strengths-based practice, trauma informed care, psychoeducation, and mindfulness based strategies.
I believe that therapy should be a partnership. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, be able to recognize your own strengths, develop tools that work for you, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you are working through a specific concern, adjusting to a major life change, strengthening relationships, or simply looking for support and greater clarity, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide a compassionate environment where you can feel empowered and grow.
