Caridel Hernandez, LCSW, is a Clinical Supervisor at Lotus Theory with over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Since joining the team in February 2025, she supports and empowers clinicians to strengthen their skills, offering thoughtful guidance to help them provide high-quality care to the clients we serve. Her work reflects a strong commitment to culturally responsive care as a Latina professional.

She was drawn to this work by Lotus Theory’s genuine commitment to overall wellness and its holistic, person-centered approach, which continues to resonate with her.

Outside of work, Caridel enjoys binge watching reality TV while having candles lit for aromatherapy.
