Many people are carrying more tension than they realize.
Many people are carrying more tension than they realize.

Moving through the day, staying on, staying responsive, often without a clear way to settle.

As the pace of the season shifts and more time is spent outside and around others, having a way to regulate in real time becomes more important.

This session creates space to slow down, reconnect to your body, and be in a shared environment where connection can happen naturally.

An Immersive, In-Person Somatic Session
About Shared Ground
This session centers on connection in a shared space.

Even when you try to rest, the tension still lingers.
When you’ve been carrying it on your own, it tends to stay with you.
Being outside and around others can shift that.
A steady, guided environment helps your body actually reset.
You’ll move through the session alongside the group, at your own pace.
You’re in it with others. Come experience it.
