Each month focuses on a new theme, so your practice always feels fresh and meaningful.

FAQs

What level are the sessions?

All levels are welcome. The focus is on how movement feels, not on perfection.

What if I’ve never done movement or breathwork before?

That’s completely fine. These sessions are beginner-friendly and restorative. You can always move at your own pace, take breaks, or modify.

Do all sessions include both movement and breathwork?

Not always. Some focus only on breath, some on movement, and some combine both. This variety helps you tune into what your body needs most.

Is there support if emotions or mental blocks come up?

Yes. Every session is supported by a licensed mental health professional who can guide you safely through anything that arises.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat is all you need. A blanket or blocks can be added for extra comfort, but they’re optional.

How do I avoid injury?

Listen to your body, move with intention, and never push past discomfort. If you have medical concerns, consult your doctor before starting.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are $25 each. We aim to keep them affordable while providing high-quality therapeutic support.

Can I use insurance?

Yes. Insurance billing is available, but coverage is not guaranteed and depends on your provider’s policy. A one-time client portal setup is required before your first session if you choose this option.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the live and interactive nature of these sessions, all bookings are non-refundable.

Ida Garcia, MA, LCAT, RDT

Ida Garcia, MA, LCAT is a Cuban-born somatic practitioner, certified breathwork facilitator, and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. With advanced training in movement, breathwork, and drama therapy, she brings both clinical expertise and embodied wisdom to her work.

Her Movement & Breath sessions use intentional breath, mindful movement, and somatic techniques to help participants release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies. Rooted in creativity, presence, and compassion, Ida facilitates safe, empowering spaces where lasting transformation and inner balance can unfold.

Recordings and Confidentiality

Sessions are recorded and available for 5 days after class so you can revisit the experience.

Your privacy is a priority. You may request that certain portions not be recorded for confidentiality.

While recordings are helpful, live participation offers the richest experience and real-time support.

Standard Session Rate: $25
Our sessions are priced to stay accessible while still providing high-quality therapeutic support.

Insurance Billing Option
