ABOUT BETSAIDA
Betsaida believes in the importance of cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation for successful therapy. She is dedicated to establishing a trustworthy, empathetic, and non-judgmental connection with her clients.
Betsaida earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English from Hunter College and holds a Master’s of Science in School Counseling and Family Therapy from Mercy College. She is currently pursuing her Mental Health License at Alfred University, furthering her education in the field.
With sixteen years of experience, Betsaida has provided school counseling services to children and adolescents, working closely with parents and families. Additionally, she has extensive volunteer counseling experience working with teenagers and adults in Christian settings and non-profit organizations, spanning approximately eighteen years.
As a mental health professional, Betsaida believes that taking the first step toward change is a sign of strength. Betsaida aspires to empower individuals to transcend their current circumstances, nurturing hope and faith by exploring a path towards understanding, peace, and healing.
