Why Shared Ground
Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and be seen by others.

Shared Ground was created to offer that opportunity through guided somatic practices, intentional reflection, and authentic community.
Whether you're new to this work or have an established practice, you'll be welcomed into an experience designed to support your well-being in an accessible and meaningful way.

I actually prefer the third option. It tells visitors why the event exists instead of where it takes place. The venue can simply live in the Event Details section, and the page becomes much more timeless and compelling.

Why Attend
There is something powerful about practicing together.

Experiences shared in community often stay with us in ways that individual practice cannot. Being present with others creates space for connection, perspective, and support that can deepen the work.

Shared Ground invites you to step away from the pace of everyday life and into a guided experience of movement, reflection, and meaningful connection. Through accessible somatic practices, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself while being supported by those around you.

Whether you're joining for the first time or returning, you'll be welcomed into a community-centered environment where curiosity is encouraged, participation is personal, and there is no expectation to perform.
Insurance accepted. You are responsible for any copay. Coverage not guaranteed.
What to Expect
Throughout the experience, you'll be guided through practices that support nervous system regulation, encourage reflection, and foster meaningful connection.

Together, we'll explore:

-
Gentle somatic movement
-
Guided mindfulness practices
-
Opportunities for personal reflection
-
Meaningful community connection
-
Space to pause, reset, and reconnect

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
About This Gathering
Theme: Held Strength

Strength is often thought of as something we carry alone.
Held Strength invites us to consider another possibility: that resilience can also be found through connection, support, and allowing ourselves to be held by community.

Throughout this experience, we'll explore somatic practices that help us reconnect with our bodies, regulate our nervous systems, and discover the strength that emerges when we move together.
Insurance accepted. You are responsible for any copay. Coverage not guaranteed.

What to Bring
Please bring:

-
Comfortable clothing you can move in
-
A water bottle
-
A journal if you'd like to capture reflections

Everything else needed for the experience will be provided.
