Accepting New Clients

I hold my bachelor degree from City College of New York in Psychology and I am currently finishing my masters at Hunter College for Mental Health Counseling. Because my approach is integrative, holistic and person-centered I also obtained certifications in dream analysis and somatic therapy.

My focus is towards trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and life transitions.

I integrate various therapeutic methods and approaches to meet the unique needs of each client with a lot of the attention turned to what is repressed, hidden and unexpressed.

Drawing from somatic trauma therapy, imago therapy, gestalt, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, I tailor my approach to create and maintain safety and growth. My philosophy emphasizes the importance of personalized care, allowing clients to reclaim their authenticity and cultivate meaningful change.

I've observed that guiding individuals toward self-compassion cultivates resilience and empowers them to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. By creating an environment of trust and understanding, I believe clients can reclaim their authenticity, discover inner strengths, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My journey in the mental health field has shown me that individuals flourish when they reconnect with their genuine selves, embracing their unique experiences, emotions, and aspirations without judgment or self-criticism.
