Cleopatra considers herself a compassionate, light-hearted and outgoing therapist. She earned her masters degree for mental health therapy from Alfred University. She specializes in treating Anxiety, Agoraphobia, depression, OCD and PTSD.
She uses a wide variety of therapeutic methods depending on specific situations. These approaches include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Positive psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotion-focused therapy, exposure therapy, existential psychotherapy, gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
She believes that every human is individual in their healing process and experiences, thus, deserve a plan that incorporates therapeutic approaches that suit them best. She has worked with couples and families as well. She loves to create individualized treatment plans for her clients that ensure a comfortable, positive, judgment-free space.
