It is our birthright to be at peace yet many of us get caught up in daily misery, self-sabotaging patterns, and negativity. It is not to say we should never be upset or apathetic or constantly live where every emotion is positive. Yet, if our inner turmoil is not dealt with and managed, it will lead to illness, depression, and despair.


The practice of release


This is where self scans come in, you’re conducting a full body and soul scan. Cleaning out and digging internally to uncover all the things that no longer serve you. It’s a unique process that helps you with the ability to tap into your innermost emotional blocks, limitations, fears, childhood imprints and traumas. Just as the body requires cleansing on a regular basis, so does the subconscious mind. By bringing each issue to the surface, you have the power to acknowledge it, make peace with it and extinguish it.


Building awareness and insight into your humanness can have a great impact on how you view yourself, others and the world.

As you release all that no longer serves you, you begin to feel a weight lifted off your shoulders. Making space for new healthy patterns in thinking and behaviors to develop.
